ENROLMENT EXPLAINED

• Your certificate is generic and can be used in any sector for Trainer, Assessor, and Moderator courses. These certificates do not expire and may also be used for QCTO submissions.
• Enrolment means the last date for submission is 15 August 2026.
• No learner may enrol for any ETDP SETA course or qualification after 15 June 2026 — NO EXCEPTIONS.
• There are no fees linked to enrolment and no obligation to process payment if the course is not completed by the due date. Enrolment simply gives you the option to complete the course after June 2026.
• Learners may enrol for any individual course or for the full 50334 NQF Level 5 Qualification at the bottom of this page. Please ensure that you have received the confirmation email of enrolment.
• Learners are automatically enrolled for the full 50334 ODETDP NQF Level 5 Qualification once they complete any of the Trainer, Assessor, Moderator, or SDF unit standards.

SUBMISSIONS DATES

CLOSING DATES FOR SUBMISSIONS

Only files received and found competent by these closing dates will be included. Please note:

• Learner files cannot be added to any batch once an external verification has been requested.
• No extensions will be granted for late submissions. Late submissions will automatically be included in the next external verification batch.
• Make use of the FREE Online Workshops for additional support where needed.
• Contact the official WhatsApp Support number at +27 78 255 7223 for assistance.
• There are currently national delays from all SETAs regarding external verifications due to QCTO site visits. These delays affect all provinces and training providers. Please feel free to contact the ETDP SETA to confirm this.
